About me

I’m Fiona Greenhill.

I’m a Coach, Trainer and Consultant working alongside, and supporting, people in theatre, arts and culture.
I've worked in the arts for 30 years, starting as Deputy Stage Manager (DSM) then Company & Stage Manager in theatre and opera - touring the UK and Europe and in the West End for over 14 years.
In 2008, I moved into my first senior leadership role as Head of Production at the Albany, working and learning my way up to Head of Operations, and producing some circus, before moving to the Roundhouse as Head of Technical and Production in 2013.
Four years later I joined the Almeida as General Manager, soon becoming Operations Director.
I’ve worked across technical and production, health and safety, operations, general management and HR.
After I trained as a coach I decided to focus on that and consultancy for my career and to start searching for that elusive work/life balance
(or life/work as I like to say). I now live in the New Forest where the stunning countryside and coastline definitely help that balance.

I undertake regular CPD and supervision.
Group coach, trained by the Group Coaching Academy.
I'm a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) and comply with their code of ethics.

In a world where people want to feel that they are more important than the work they're doing
Where they’re worried about the cost of living
And are worried about the future
I wish that every  organisation will be people focused and that every  leader will be compassionate, empathetic and supportive.
