Why train with me? I have over 30 years’ experience working in the arts, including 15 years in senior leadership roles with Extant, the Albany, the Roundhouse and the Almeida. My experience spans touring, West End, theatre, opera, circus, dance, corporate events and live music.
I'm accredited by the Association for Coaching and group coach trained by the Group Coaching Academy.
I've been coaching and training for over 5 years
I'd like to train my whole leadership team, is that possible?
That's brilliant and it absolutely is possible.
I can come to your venue or a location close by and deliver the course in person.
Please contact me to find out more and we can discuss options, dates and pricing.
I only need to train 1 or 2 people, can you do this too?
I absolutely can. I run an online cohort 3 times per year.
Or you can arrange to host the course and invite your local arts and culture colleagues to join us.
When's the next online cohort?
I'm glad you asked.
The next online cohort is Thursday 14 and Thursday 21 May 10am - 1pm.
You need to attend both sessions.
There's deliberately a week in between so you have time to reflect and to practice what you've learned.
How much does it cost?
In person for arts organisations - please contact me for pricing.
It will vary dependent on the size of your organisation, whether you're an NPO and how many managers and leaders you want to train.
Online - only £195 per person.
Is there an early bird offer?
Yes. The first 3 people to book by 14 April will receive a 30 minute one to one coaching session.
I'm in, how do I book?

"Thank you so much! I really appreciated the space to think ...
I felt the style of training meant it was led by us and we were facilitated to come to our own answers/development by thinking for ourselves – which I hope to embody in my management!!"
