Why should you choose me to support your work? I've worked in arts charities for 30 years in many different roles. Since 2008 I've held senior leadership roles in which I've managed change, supported teams and embedded new structures, processes and policies.

I was delighted when Upswing, the multi award winning circus company, reached out for support with their employee journey and policies.
I’ve worked with Upswing for many years, initially as Head of Production at the Albany and latterly as a Trustee (2015-2021)
I worked alongside the Executive Director and General Manager to create a suite of accessible and inclusive documents, policies & procedures to support the team.
And introduced them to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and an HR system for the first time.
More recently I supported Upswing with their annual appraisals, including training for line managers; facilitated senior management team meetings and supported the Executive team through a period of restructuring.
